We have gone to great efforts to allow you to TAKE IT EASY and eliminate any WASTED TIME. From searching our calendar for availability, to online booking, to self-check-in and check-out. It's all been automated allowing you to enjoy your time in our suite(s) and the grounds.

Our Circa 1875 Italianate Mansion restored from 2003-07 is a treasure trove, rich with architectural details including many of the original fireplaces (9), mantles, light fixtures, moldings, intricately carved woodwork, doors, bath tubs, and sinks. The charm, grace and hospitality of the original owners, the Watts family, and their grand home has been retained by the current owners, Michael & Ruth Erquiaga.

The circa 1910 Carriage House, renovated from 2009-11, features two large guest suites, each with its own private bath with an antique claw-foot tub and separate shower. Each unit features a California king bed as one of two beds in the room along with a 50" smart TV.  On the main level we’ve created a business meeting or event venue. It's a great place to plan a shower, celebration, family reunion, or other function.

Our newest suite New Kid in Town is located over our 4-car garage towards the back of the property, constructed in 2011.

Located in Daniels Hill Historic District, a historical neighborhood, with wonderful restaurants, shops and sights within walking distance. We are less than 1 mi (5 blocks walking) from downtown where you will find local and specialty stores. There are breweries, vintage clothes, vinyl records, wineries, vintage decor all in a mixture of cultures with the architectural styles of the city.
